Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Bachelor with professional certificate CCNA MCSA equivalent
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill and Working knowledge of office equipment like laptop, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
∎ Configure and Maintain LAN/WAN/WIFI connectivity and troubleshooting especially on Fiber Optics related work.
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory with proper documentation.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, Laptop, UPS, Printer, and related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Have experience on CCTV and Access control System, Multimedia Projector, Video Conference System operation and maintenance.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office including working knowledge in MS-Outlook on Exchange Environment.
∎ Work closely with the other team with a positive teammates attitude.
∎ Capable of analyzing and resolving technical complexities and network issues.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and finish work timely.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ At least 03 years working experience preferably in factory environment
∎ Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues
∎ Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
∎ Problem-solving skills
