We are looking for skilled and motivated IT Executives (Senior / Junior) to support and maintain the group’s IT infrastructure, systems, and software across all concerns — including Sara Hospital & Diagnostic, Sara Express, Benemoy Securities Limited, and others.
Candidates must have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and a proactive attitude toward technology and innovation.
Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, LAN/WAN, CCTV, and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Provide IT support to all departments across JSK Group concerns.
Maintain and monitor servers, routers, switches, and data backups.
Support email configuration, hosting, and website-related technical tasks.
Assist in software installation, license management, and data protection.
Maintain user access control and cybersecurity protocols.
Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
Prepare and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
Report regularly to the Head of IT / Management about system performance and improvements.
