Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in EEE/CSE/IT/EECE/EETE from a reputed university
∎ CCNA Vendor Certification will be added advantage
∎ Certifications and training on CCNA, MTCNA and Windows Server would be added advantage
∎ Minimum 1 to 3 year(s) Experience in IT or similar roles
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Access Control, Printer, CCTV Maintaining, Hardware & Networking, Suppliers and Vendor Management
∎ Educational Qualification:

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide first-line technical support to end-users for laptops, desktops, MacBook, phones, via email, in person, and remotely
∎ Installation of hardware devices, Computer OS (Windows, Mac & Linux) and applications
∎ Installing software and networking systems.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve IT equipment, network, and software issues
∎ Configure, manage, backup, and restore routers, switches, and access points
∎ Respond to general IT requests.
∎ Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
∎ Work on the additional IT equipment, Access control system, All type of IP Camera, Surveillance systems, PABX, etc.
∎ Train staff with the potential use of existing technology.
∎ Maintain effective communication with vendors and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks
∎ Maintain IT inventory
∎ Prepare reports and documents
∎ Be comfortable with 24/7 roster duty.
∎ We are looking for someone who will be at the execution level of implementing and maintaining all IT operations-related end user's issues. You will be the person who will directly handle any end-user IT-relevant issues in the workplace. You should be able to follow the lead of the team leaders towards implementing new technologies and maintaining service uptime of IT services.
