Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSe
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and manage all troubleshoots for internal customer/employee or office.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of an organization.
∎ Strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, Network packet analysis tools use and configuration.
∎ Should have good knowledge of desktop operating system (OS) and troubleshooting, Printer setup and troubleshooting
∎ Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software. Resolve issues for staff physically or via phone.
∎ Ensure all in bound and out bound data synchronized as per schedule
∎ Monitor database (Including backup) of all running database of HO and other points.
∎ Respond to breakdowns and investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults.
∎ Proactive and be prepared to provide support at any time of the day, and work at field level for most of the time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent communication skill with analytical or problem-solving ability.
