Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, scanners, and other IT assets.
∎ Replacing the end user device by ensuring data. Installing, configuring, and administering software as per user needs.
∎ Installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting a working Device.
∎ Must have practical, sound knowledge regarding CCTV installation/placement, camera fixing, and maintenance. Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all designated areas.s
∎ Ensure smooth factory operation of all IT systems, including network and hardware.
∎ Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues promptly.·
∎ Monitor and ensure factory data security, antivirus updates, and system backups.·
∎ Provide technical support to the hospital.
∎ Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacement.
∎ Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users and formulating and implementing desired solutions accordingly.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring day-to-daythatoperationssares are running smoothly.
∎ Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.
