Education:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts, procurement or inventory management, vendor negotiation, and budget management. preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, purchase orders, and deliveries.
∎ Supervise the procurement and inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to understand their supply needs and ensure timely replenishment.
∎ Computer literacy, particularly in the use of Word Processing, Excel etc.
∎ Receiving store items as per purchase order. Recording store items properly in the computer.
∎ Delivery of goods according to requisitions received from different users' departments. Maintenance of optimum inventory.
∎ Report to the departmental head for items below the minimum level. Feedback to the concerned authority regarding the quality of store items having information from the users' department.
∎ Report immediately regarding any adverse situation. Perform all other related duties.
