We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of IT Executive for IED at Shymoli Ring Road, Adabar Bazar Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Overseeing the management and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
∎ Ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems, devices and equipments.
∎ Evaluating, selecting negotiating, and managing IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
∎ Providing IT support services, including help desk support for end-users.
∎ Ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and user requests.
∎ Managing the selection, deployment, and maintenance of all the software applications used within the organization.
∎ Developing, updating and managing company websites.
∎ Monitoring and managing all the IT related items licensing, subscriptions and compliance in time.
∎ Implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures to protect data and systems from threats and breaches.
∎ Ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of organizational data.
∎ Implementing data storage, backup and recovery strategies.
∎ Identifying and mitigating IT risks and vulnerabilities.
∎ Evaluating emerging technologies and assess their potential to improve business processes and operations and submitting recommendations for technology adoption or upgrades.
∎ Collaborating with other departments and business units to align IT solutions with their needs and objectives.
∎ Communicating IT plans, projects, and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
∎ Developing and maintaining IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in case of emergencies.
∎ Preparing the IT department's budget, including cost control and optimization.
