Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and Engineering.
∎ Master's degree in relevant discipline will give preferable.
∎ No 3rd division/ class or C grade at any level will be acceptable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Web content update on BU official website through develop and maintenance of WordPress CMS (Notice, News, Online Admission form, Mobile Payment Process guideline and so on).
∎ User end software testing after development or bug report generation.
∎ License renewal and upgrade of several applications. (Zoom, WP Forms, BU Domain & Hosting etc.)
∎ Setup and ensure flawless accomplishment of online meetings, events, seminar (Zoom, Google Meet) regardless official hours.
∎ Bulk SMS campaign platform management, draft and send SMS, generate report.
∎ Follow-up and update BU's official social media account related issues. (LinkedIn, Google Map, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and so on).
∎ Train officials about in-house software management system.
∎ Provide software related support to students and administrative personnel.
∎ Intermediary communicator and on phone support (faculties, administrative staffs, students).
∎ Maintain and configure technological equipment e.g., routers, multimedia projector, CCTV Camera etc.
∎ Manage security options and software i.e. antivirus in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
∎ Configure the staff computer (software & hardware) and e-mail or other required software.
∎ IT related device (Desktop, Laptop, etc.) repair, update and reinstall.
∎ Prepare and maintain IT inventory records keep track of all equipment's.
∎ IT support related works assigned by BU management officials onsite, online or out of university premise.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Administration/authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ very good knowledge on data recovery and disaster management.
∎ Good knowledge on computer hardware maintenance.
∎ Should have experience in software maintenance and email setup.
∎ Good knowledge on Network administration and configuration.
∎ Bangla typing & Graphics Design skill will be added value.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
