Job Context:
∎ Looking for a smart, well- presented and fluent IT Executive with a professional behavior.
∎ Job Location : 87 Purana Paltan Lane , Paltan Tower , Dhaka- 1000
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidates will be responsible for typing up various documents in Bangla and English and maintain a back-up of all data
∎ Record keeping in multiple entities, note taking and preparing documents, and email corresponding and formal letter writing etc
∎ Creating brochure/poster, leaflets, signboard design, advertisement content, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, and other branding materials.
∎ Proficiency in software design and best practices
∎ Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications
∎ Maintain database of different reports, addresses, contacts etc
∎ Skillfully use Excel software to make reports and analyze data
∎ Clear logic thinking of operation data management system
∎ Must have a good speaking skill in English & Bengali with clear communication
∎ Be patient, careful, rigorous and responsible. Passionate about work, active and continuous learning
∎ Input data in accurate manner into web based software
∎ Generate reports from software
∎ Daily report submits to the team leader
∎ Customer support services
∎ Telemarketing services
∎ IT help desk services
∎ Ensuring implementation and comply the IT polices and systems
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good in communications in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be smart, energetic, amiable and presentable.
∎ Be Hard Working & Self Motivated to work in a team environment.
