Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a Major in IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement, support, maintain, and manage IT services, including networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery
∎ Ensure all IT services are properly maintained and upgraded, including anti-virus, backups, imaging, and patching;
∎ Provide subject matter expertise for both hardware and software
∎ Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure continuous and smooth operation of the Company's production line as well as other operating processes;
∎ Work closely with HQ's IT support to ensure consistent SOP are used
∎ Assist and work hand in hand with HQ IT department in the development and maintenance of customized software and hardware, such as the Group's Order Management tools.
∎ Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the core system and databases (eg specialised cloud system "FVG Accessory Cloud" and "deskwork") to ensure stable operation and functioning on a continuous basis
∎ Participate, design and/or undertake project of systems automation as required for better efficiency by working closely with local operation, HQ IT engineer and the users, using various tools, including RPA tool, Microsoft Office products such as Excel Visual Basic, Access, etc.
∎ Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability from time to time
∎ Ensure the securty system in place to maintain data safety.
∎ Maintain the hardware inventory of local entity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 8 years' experience in system engineering and IT support
∎ Proficiency in English is a must
∎ Proficiency in Japanese will be given priority
∎ Good cloud experience especially in Microsoft Azure;
∎ Good knowledge and experience dealing with mysql or similar database;
∎ Excellent in PHP and C#, especially C# is must
∎ Sharp analytical ability, fast learning skill and problem-solving techniques
∎ Strong communication and presentation skill
∎ Good team spirit
∎ Ability to understand big picture
∎ Patience with good interpersonal skill
∎ Honest and dedicated
∎ Good communication with team spirit
