Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the operations of Accounts & Finance along with Commercial department;
∎ Handle day to day operation of accounting and finance department, including timely and accurately recording of transaction, processing of payment, collection of debt, proper keeping of inventory ledger, fixed assets ledger, and all relevant matters;
∎ Review payroll computations and payment vouchers, ensuring all supporting documents and documentation are in order;
∎ Perform timely and accurate reporting of financial results of the Company;
∎ Prepare relevant monthly accounting schedules and management reporting pack;
∎ Perform detailed analysis of actual results against past trends, forecast and budgets;
∎ Prepare reports required by management and regulatory authorities;
∎ Identify any financial reporting/performance issues and initiate measure to enhance reporting and improvement;
∎ Perform inter-company reconciliation and ensure reconciliation are supported with documentation;
∎ Prepare statutory reporting deliverables for audit, tax and others accurately and timely;
∎ Liaison with auditors to enable timely completion of annual statutory audit;
∎ Maintain proper Liaison with Banks, Financial Institutions, and providing them documents when required;
∎ Capable in handling the Bond, Tax & VAT related work of the company individually;
∎ Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation;
∎ Complete local entity forecast and budget on a timely manner;
∎ Analysis of Financial Proposal / Project Analysis
∎ Ensure proper functioning of internal control procedures throughout the company's operation;
∎ Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company;
∎ Provide insightful information and expectations to CFO to aid in long-term and short-term decision making;
∎ Any other responsibility and task assigned by management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 8 years' experience in accounting & finance department of any multinational company;
∎ Some years of audit experience would be added advantage;
∎ Self-starter, able to work independently, motivated, good personality with leadership quality;
∎ Business English both in oral and writing skill;
∎ Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Quick Book or other accounting software;
∎ Good knowledge of local and international accounting standards;
∎ Familiar with local tax law and remittance related regulation;
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on L/C, HS code, Customs Act, Import - Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for import & export
