Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Other education background may be considered if enough experiences in IT field found.

Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, MIS, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Programming knowledge for website development and data management is preferable
- Experience in the development sector, PKSFs partner’s organization and other international NGOs is highly preferable.
- Knowledge on graphic design software

Key Responsibilities:
- Smooth implementation and supervision the day-to-day functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems and data.
- Developing and maintaining organization’s websites, webmail, networks
- Manage MIS and AIS Report, Data visualization and Presentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly report based on Microfinance related software.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions.
- Programming knowledge for website development and data management is preferable
- Maintaining HR Management Software.
- Maintenance hardware and software related problems.
