Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and capture requirements of the product or solution in close collaboration with your stakeholders.
∎ Write functional requirements using use case specifications, user stories, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams and acceptance criteria, etc.
∎ Support and work closely with the product owners for multiple initiatives
∎ Translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed requirements
∎ Define appropriate method to conduct business analyst activities
∎ Plan an approach to maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders Define an appropriate method to conduct business analysis activities

∎ Develop effective decision making and approval processes to manage requirements and designs
∎ Independently identify and develop performance improvement plans for simple and challenges with guidance, execute the improvement plans developed by others
∎ To understand the reasons for change and what will impacted by the change
∎ To determine the set of necessary conditions to meet the business need
∎ To assess the undesirable consequences of transition to or of the final future state
∎ To recommend an appropriate strategy for change for developing and assessing alternative approaches
∎ To analyze, synthesize and refine elicitation results into requirements and designs
∎ To ensure that requirements and designs specifications and models meet quality and are usable for the purpose they serve
Additional Requirements:
∎ Extremely Strong communication skills - able to communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner.
∎ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy.
∎ Self-Starting - take independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires.
∎ Time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
∎ Hands-on mentality, self-starter, ability to work with deadlines
∎ Ability to take high-level requirements and create specific and meaningful requirements
∎ Ability to effectively break down requirements and translate to appropriate-sized epics and user stories
∎ Ability to work independently and achieve results
∎ Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems
∎ Developed previous Business Analysis artifacts, (Workflow, Requirements Specifications, Test Scripts, etc.) that can be shared during the interview process.
∎ Must have some experience with managing projects and/or organizational change management initiatives.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Word, Visio, Wireframing, Requirement Management Tools.
∎ Previous work experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
∎ A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
∎ Awareness of key software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM etc.) - preferred but not mandatory
∎ Attention to details.
∎ Results-oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.
∎ Strong customer relationship skills.
∎ Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
∎ Ability to multitask.
∎ Have good interpersonal skills.
