Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Communication and Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Communication and Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure IRB Users IT support and manage systems and Network 50%.
∎ Install, configure & maintain computer (Desktop/Laptop) Hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, Scanners, and other IT appliances.
∎ Provide technical support via remote or direct to users for Desktops, Laptops, Internet, Scanners, Printers, and other IT devices.
∎ Configure & troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamic AX (ERP), Outlook, One Drive, and Teams for clients.
∎ Frequently Field offices visit for different purposes of IT unit and organization purpose.
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Implementation and assistance of IRB IT services. 20%.
∎ Configure, implement and troubleshoot active network equipment like- Cisco Switches, Access points, Routers, Wireless controllers, Firewalls, and Network appliances.
∎ Configuration and maintenance of LAN /WI-FI setup and troubleshooting. Keeping close liaison with ISP and IT vendors.
∎ Other Requirements. 30%.
∎ Protect data in internal computing systems from unauthorized users and viruses. Monitor client's PC Windows update, data encryption, unauthorized software, and One drive backup.
∎ Ensure system and data backup, data archiving, and recovery and provide expert support when necessary.
∎ Server and website management, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
∎ CC camera installation, monitoring, and maintenance.
∎ Web application development.
∎ Support and Provide IT Training for general users.
∎ Maintain incident, and cyber security breach logs and make a solution guideline for future reference.
∎ Participate & involved with seasonal programs (Ramadan, Qurbani, Winterization etc.) activities.
∎ Ensure that local purchases and expenditures are done as per Islamic Relief Bangladesh policy.
∎ Maintain the stock book, inventory, and other essential registers properly and timely in an effective manner.
∎ Support in the procurement of materials like requisition, follow-up etc.
∎ Take initiatives to ensure the security of project staff and participants during the intervention.
∎ Facilitate donor/external visits and ensure that recommendations of visitors are addressed.
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, exploitation, Fraud, Bribery and money Laundering to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on the safeguarding of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Being a member of Islamic Relief as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each staff member to understand and obey the IR Child Protection & PSEA Policy and respond accordingly as and when required.
