∎ A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL) will be an advantage.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ 7-8 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
∎ Experience in network troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, and system maintenance.
∎ Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), database management, and cyber security best practices.
∎ Familiarity with cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and helpdesk support.
∎ Working experience in Public Health Program will be given preference.
