Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
∎ Monitor server health, performance, and troubleshoot issues.
∎ Support storage systems including NAS, DAS, and SAN.
∎ Help implement and test backup and disaster recovery solutions.
∎ Work with virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox
∎ Participate in hands-on training and shadow experienced engineers.
∎ Document configurations and assist in preparing technical reports.
∎ Contribute to performance analysis of servers, storage, and backup systems.
