Requirements:
Candidates must have completed English Medium or the English Version. Strong spoken English, basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work the full night shift are required. Previous call center experience is a plus, but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.

We are hiring a Night Shift Call Center Agent to work with USA-based customers. This position is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work responsibly during overnight hours.

Shift Timing:
Monday to Friday
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from USA-based customers, answer questions clearly, provide helpful support, maintain accurate customer records, and follow company procedures professionally.
