We are hiring a Call Center Agent to communicate with USA-based customers during night shift hours. This role is perfect for someone with strong English speaking skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with USA-based customers, respond to inquiries clearly and professionally, solve basic customer issues, maintain accurate records, and follow company procedures during every interaction.

Requirements:
Candidates must have completed O Level and A Level. Good spoken English, basic computer skills, strong communication ability, and willingness to work night shifts are required. Previous call center experience is a plus, but fresh candidates are also welcome.
