Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Edit educational, interview, event, and social media videos (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)

• Add motion graphics, lower-thirds, subtitles, and basic animations

• Color correction, audio cleanup, music/SFX selection with proper licensing

• Manage timelines, media, and version control; deliver on schedule

• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams

• Export platform-optimized deliverables (YouTube, FB, IG, TikTok)

Requirements

• Freshers may apply for an internship

• Strong in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects/CapCut/DaVinci is a plus

• Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and hooks for social content

• Basic thumbnail design (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva)

• Must share portfolio/reel (links or drive)

Compensation & Perks

• Full-time: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)

• Internship: BDT 5,000/month + free lunch
