Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and supervise Video Editing, Graphic Design, Social Media, and Call Center teams.
- Oversee Facebook Pages, YouTube Channel, and Company Website.
- Write and review engaging and accurate Content.
- Monitor and evaluate team Tasks & Outputs.
- Ensure high-quality Video Editing and Graphic Design support.
- Handle PBX Software and Call Center Systems.
- Contribute to the development and execution of company Mission & Vision.
- Provide creative input and Strategic Planning.
- Ensure smooth coordination and Multitasking across teams.
- Foster a productive, fast-paced, and result-oriented work culture.
