Responsibilities & Context:
Translating brand strategies and marketing briefs into strong, impactful visual solutions
Collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, brand managers, and marketing teams
Developing creative concepts and visual directions for packaging and visual communication projects
Presenting design concepts, variations, and rationales to internal teams
Designing packaging layouts, dielines, product mock-ups, and final print-ready artworks
Creating visually compelling communication materials such as posters, brochures, POSM, digital creatives, and brand collaterals
Ensuring all packaging and communication designs align with brand guidelines, market positioning, and target audience
Refining and improve designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and creative integrity
Working with packaging vendors and production teams to ensure accurate execution of print and material specifications
