Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in customer support by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
∎ Work with our technical team to maintain and optimize web hosting servers, ensuring high performance and reliability.
∎ Help monitor server performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues.
∎ Collaborate with the Technical support team to create and update content related to our hosting services, tutorials, and documentation.
∎ Participate in the research and implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance our Web hosting Services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BSc Honors/Diploma Degree in Computer Science from any University (Students can also apply)
∎ A passion for quick learning Linux System Administration, Apache/Nginx/Litespeed Server, MySQL/Postgres server, Exim mail, DNS Server, Cloud Server, and a basic understanding of WordPress/Laravel/NodeJS/Python.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
∎ Skill for solving different new technical problems by researching online.
∎ Basic knowledge of Linux and server administration, WordPress/laravell is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks, is a bonus.
∎ 4-6 Months internship.
∎ Full-time 6 days per week
∎ Time: Morning Shift or Evening shift
