∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Customer Support,English (Language),MICROSOFT OFFICE,MySQL,React JS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be an important member of a team that provides prompt, efficient and high-quality resolution to issues.
∎ Work closely with team members and developers to analyze and solve business problems with a focus on understanding root cause issues and discovering forward-looking opportunities.
∎ Escalate unsolved issues to Software developers.
∎ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
∎ Provide Technical Support to Software Users.
∎ Create Technical Documents and Manuals.
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants have to be final year students in the bachelor of CSE program/ Completed Diploma in Computer Science.
∎ Excellent verbal, written skill of the English language.

Salary: Negotiable
