Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate revenue as per the target given and make plans to onboard new customers.
∎ Maintain customer relationships and understand the overall market situation.
∎ Prepare business proposal of certification, audit or training
∎ Arrange seminars or workshops based on the requirement of the organization as well as of customers.
∎ Understand the need of customers, deliver the best support whenever needed and plan accordingly to retain the customer.
∎ Respond promptly in dealing with customer complaints and handle each customer tactfully.
