Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support day-to-day operations and activities within the department
∎ Communicate with customers
∎ Correspond and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Manage documentation processes. Maintain records of official documents
∎ Contribute to projects and brainstorm innovative ideas for departmental improvement. Perform data entry, analysis, and prepare reports and presentations
