Responsibilities & Context:
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.

  • Assist in organizing training and development sessions.

  • Support in preparing HR-related reports and documents.

  • Participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations.

  • Help manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Support in drafting letters, memos, and internal communications.

  • Assist with coordination of meetings, events, and office logistics.

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
