Additional Requirements:
Basic understanding of computer vision and machine learning concepts
Knowledge of multimodal AI, prompting with VLMs
Familiarity with:
Python programming language, Pytorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, numpy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, etc.
deep learning model training or fine-tuning
pretrained vision encoders (ResNet, ViT, CLIP, SAM)
anomaly detection methods
UI/UX datasets
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect and preprocess UI datasets.
Explore and evaluate anomaly detection algorithms
Experiments with image feature extractors
Investigate the use of VLMs for zero-shot or prompt-based anomaly detection
Visualize and interpret detection results
Document findings and help prototype a demo application
