The Opportunity:
This is a career-launching internship. We are looking for two passionate individuals to join us. We are particularly keen to receive applications from women, as we are committed to fostering gender balance in our business development team but males are also welcome to apply cause appearance and confidence will be the key to get in to Blocknots.
This 3-month internship is a paid, intensive training program. You'll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, and client outreach. You will work on real projects with direct mentorship.
This role is a trial period. For interns who demonstrate exceptional skill, a proactive attitude, and a results-oriented mindset, we will extend a full-time, permanent offer as a Jr. Executive, Business Development.
Key Intern Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
· Generate and qualify potential sales leads.
· Support outreach efforts via email and social media.
· Assist in creating pitch decks and sales materials.
· Help manage our customer database (CRM).
· Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
What We're Looking For:
· Recent graduate or current student in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· A keen interest in sales and business growth.
· Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Smart, Confident, Motivated candidates are welcome. In a nutshell, only those who want to build their career in Sales and Marketing.
