∎ Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 5+ years of experience in core sales of IT/Cybersecurity/Software/Web development, business development, or marketing.
∎ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and services and Software Sales.
∎ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ We are looking for only result-oriented salesperson who can meet the sales target.


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for IT security products, services, managed security services as well as software and web development.
∎ Identify and target new business opportunities in enterprise, government, and corporate sectors.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
∎ Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility in the cybersecurity market.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that highlights our cybersecurity solutions.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Client Engagement & Proposal Development:
∎ Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and cybersecurity awareness sessions.
∎ Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
∎ Address client concerns and provide customized security solutions based on their needs.
∎ Monitor industry trends, emerging threats, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
∎ Provide feedback to the product development team based on market demands.
∎ Manage and mentor a sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
∎ Track sales performance, pipeline growth, and conversion metrics.
∎ Ensure compliance with company sales processes and cybersecurity best practices.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager for Software and Cyber Security Sales & Marketing to lead our business development efforts in the fast-evolving Software Development and cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity services, Software Development and managed services to enterprise clients, government agencies, and SMEs. This role requires a deep understanding of IT security trends, Application and Web Development, strong sales acumen, and the ability to craft compelling marketing strategies to position our company as a leader in IT and cybersecurity solutions and services. The candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets in the technology sector.
