Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
∎ Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Support the development and testing teams in ensuring requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.
∎ Participate in meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
∎ Excellent English Proficiency: Both written and verbal communication skills must be exceptional.
∎ Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
∎ Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to documentation and problem-solving.
∎ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
∎ Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
