• Good Presentation Skill.

• Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.Knowledge of lighting, HVAC, MEP coordination, and construction standards (for interior/site roles).Familiarity with camera operation, photography, and video production techniques.

• Soft Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.Creativity and attention to detail.

• Experience Requirements:Proven experience in interior design, site management, or multimedia content creation.Experience in branding, product promotion, or event management (for electronics/appliance roles).

• Other Requirements:Ability to travel to sites and work flexible hours.Knowledge of industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

🎨 1. Design & Planning Responsibilities (Out-Field / Office Duties)

Concept Development

·        Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and 3D visualizations according to client requirements.

·        Prepare mood boards, color schemes, and furniture layouts that match brand or client preferences.

·        Create detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renders using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.

Client Coordination

·        Meet clients to understand their needs, budget, and design preferences.

·        Present design proposals, material samples, and cost estimates for client approval.

·        Incorporate feedback and modify designs to ensure client satisfaction.

Material & Vendor Management

·        Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings based on design and budget.

·        Communicate with vendors and suppliers for quotation, sample approval, and material procurement.

·        Ensure materials meet design quality and safety standards.

Documentation & Reporting

·        Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project timelines.

·        Maintain accurate records of design changes, approvals, and project progress.

·        Support management with weekly or monthly project status reports.

🧱 2. Site Execution Responsibilities (In-Field / On-Site Duties)

Project Supervision

·        Supervise all on-site interior works including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, ceiling, flooring, and furniture installation.

·        Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

·        Coordinate between design office, contractors, and labor teams for smooth project flow.

Quality Control

·        Inspect ongoing site work regularly to ensure accuracy, finishing quality, and adherence to design.

·        Resolve technical issues on-site and propose practical solutions without compromising design intent.

·        Verify material quality, dimensions, and color matching before installation.

Time & Cost Management

·        Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely project completion within the approved budget.

·        Track labor performance and manage subcontractors effectively.

·        Report project delays or issues promptly with recommendations for corrective action.

Health, Safety & Compliance

·        Enforce safety protocols and ensure all site workers follow PPE and safety guidelines.

·        Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.

·        Conduct site safety checks and maintain logs.

🪑 3. Coordination & Communication

·        Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project managers to align design and construction processes.

·        Attend site meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan next steps.

·        Communicate technical details clearly to both design and site teams.

·        Coordinate delivery schedules of materials and ensure timely installation.

🧠 4. Technical & Creative Contribution

·        Innovate with new materials, sustainable design solutions, and space optimization techniques.

·        Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, finishing materials, and construction technology.

·        Prepare presentations and design proposals for internal or client review.

🧾 5. Administrative & Reporting Duties

·        Prepare daily/weekly site reports, including progress updates, material usage, and labor data.

·        Maintain drawings, revisions, and approval records for project documentation.

·        Assist in preparing final project handover documents including as-built drawings and completion reports.

🚀 6. Post-Completion & Handover

·        Inspect the final completed site and ensure all design and construction details are as per approved drawings.

·        Coordinate defect correction or final touch-up works before client handover.

·        Conduct client walkthroughs and ensure satisfaction before project closure.
