Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Telecommunication from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze RAN vendors' product roadmap especially of Huawei, Nokia, ZTE and dimension planning; RAN Node dimensioning, managing site swap, rehoming, LAC/TAC design, follow-up with internal & external stakeholders
∎ RFQ Scopes preparation, Technical Proposal evaluation
∎ RAN Hardware solution design, BoQ Preparation, Ordering, Hardware allocation for Rollout Projects
∎ Inventory Management and ordering Plan alignment accordingly
∎ Development and management of centralized configuration & inventory database of different RAN vendors, write programs to develop application/tools/scripts to automate regular activities in batch.
∎ RAN Operation and Maintenance, Capable of advanced level trouble shooting by analyzing logs and KPI
∎ Manage Vendors for RAN Node Rollout integration or capacity expansion, SW upgradation and trouble ticket resolution within SLA.
∎ Ensure proper checking and validation of vendors' PAC, FAC and GRN request. Conduct Master allocation, capitalization plan, AFA liability, and CWIP plan.
∎ Follow up and guide team members for planning, issuance and execution of WO, coordinate vendors for different issues of RAN
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-7 years of experience with 2 years in the relevant field
∎ Required Capabilities
∎ Advanced knowledge on GSM, UMTS, LTE architecture and functionality of different network elements
∎ Advanced knowledge on 2G,3G, 4G Design and Dimensioning
∎ Advanced knowledge on RAN nodes & Interface (BSC, RNC, IuCS, IuPS, Abis, Gb, BTS, NodeB, eNodeB etc.)
∎ Basic knowledge on Project management
∎ Good knowledge on Database Programming and IP Networking
∎ Strong know how of technology solutions offered by vendors
∎ Knowledge of Service Level Agreement management
∎ Sound know how of RAN & OSS operations and maintenance
∎ Advanced knowledge and experience in Nokia RAN and OSS is preferable.
