Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Installation/ Erection, Operation Maintenance, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of installation of PLC control panel, LCP & MOV control panel etc.
∎ Supervision of loop testing of different types of transmitters and detectors such as Fire and Gas detectors, pressure transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow Transmitters and pressure switch etc.
∎ Interpretation of P& ID, Instrument Location Plan, General Arrangement and Layout Drawing of instruments.
∎ Supervision of Calibration as well as functional test of different types of instrument such as Gauges and transmitters/Sensors & control valves etc.
∎ Clear Understanding of basic Electronics, Logic Controls of analogue & digital systems by use of modern controllers, PLC as used in industrial machines.
∎ Be able to understand& trouble shoot the Electronics and Instruments areas of Customized software and hardware used in production machines, Compressors, Generators, Boiler, Turbine where universal digital controllers like PLC,SCADA,GCM and modern electronic logic techniques are used for effective process control.
∎ Must be aware of basic modern electrical components used in industrial automation system (Inverter, VFD, soft starters, electronic positioners, logic controllers, other electronic components and their functional aspects in practical application.
∎ Evaluate automatic process control equipment for its ability to meet the operational needs.
∎ Supervise the maintenance, installation, calibration and repair of variety of electronic instrumentation, metering devices, electrical equipment's, process control computers and peripheral equipment's.
∎ Assist in preparation of preliminary and long range plans, cost estimates and budgets.
∎ Responds to emergency call outs, troubleshoots problems and take actions to ensure plant integrity.
∎ Responsible and Supervise the overall instrumentation work of the project.
∎ Any other work assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have practical experience in Instrument and DCS for minimum 3 to 4 years.
∎ The candidate should have practical experience in heavy Industries like experience in PLC, VFD, ACB & Power Turbine operation and control data system.
∎ Experience in Sugar Industry would be added advantage
