Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or BSc in Physics, Applied Physics or Chemistry. Educational qualification can be compromised for relevant work experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out regular inspection activities as per instruction and supervision of supervisor.
∎ Carry out all NDT Inspection, corrosion monitoring, inspection of Process pipe work and Process plant equipment.
∎ Carry out inspection checks on materials of construction, dimensional accuracy and other parameters and verify traceability as per receiving inspection procedures and work instructions.
∎ Carry out visual inspection of painting and insulation as per instruction of Inspection Engineer.
∎ Prepare log book entries of on-site inspection upon completion of the inspection.
∎ Carry out calibration of various measuring and test equipment as per applicable procedures.
∎ Carry out welding supervision and inspection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of work experience in plant inspection, non-destructive testing, materials inspection and pressure testing of vessels, heat exchangers, and process piping. Welding inspection & supervision highly preferable.
