Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree from any reputed University / Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ She/He will prepare monthly & quarterly plan and approved by Manager-YLC.
∎ Provide technical support to Youth learners
∎ Frequent field visits to ensure activities as per plan and instruction of Manager-YLC
∎ Dissemination of information related to the YLC development activities.
∎ She/He will be accountable to the Manager-YLC.
∎ Monthly report will be produced on attendance, performance of the learners and this
∎ will be submitted to the Manager-YLC.
∎ Monitoring the progress of activities
∎ Assist to youth learner to create suitable environment.
∎ Provide feedback and guide to the youth learner for better performance.
∎ Have Skill to motivate learners parents and guardians
∎ Generate new and innovative ideas among the learners.
∎ Develop a good relationship; maintain liaison and advocacy with different government
∎ line department, private sector and NGO officials to ensure different services for the
∎ learners.
∎ Assist the internal and the external team to visit the program as per plan.
∎ Support to the external and internal audit/financial visit team.
∎ Communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
∎ Strong team building and capacity building skills.
∎ Confidence, interpersonal and representational skills and strong facilitation skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 (three) years of practical experiences in development activities.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Computer skills on Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Experience on used of various type monitoring tools for impact assessment.
∎ Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
