∎ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

∎ Supervise and manage daily injection molding operations to ensure smooth production.
∎ Develop and implement production schedules to meet quality and efficiency targets.
∎ Oversee machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to prevent downtime.
∎ Monitor and improve product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
∎ Manage raw material usage and inventory to minimize waste and reduce costs.
∎ Train and mentor machine operators and production staff for skill development and safety compliance.
∎ Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
