Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage requirements to civil consultants as per requirements from Core and Access Network
∎ Finalize the civil work design, technical specification, and project plan
∎ Manage and support the vendor / subcontractors to speed up implementation of target sites
∎ Implement end-to-end site and power sharing between Banglalink and other Telecom Operators for all types of sites for new site lease preparation, lease amendment, renewal, termination Work with internal teams to help define features and enhancements to improve product and platform capabilities
∎ Continuous follow up for inter-Operator rollout as Seeker and Provider for all new, dismantle and relocation sites
∎ Implement end-to-end site construction by TowerCos with close follow-up and maintaining specific SLA for different milestones, for all types of new, dismantle and relocation sites.
∎ Implement construction Quality Standards discussing with all concerned internal and external stockholders
∎ Ensure the quality of civil material and civil & Electrical works during acceptance and timely site completion without snags.
∎ Follow-up with consultants for final supervision report (FSR) and final acceptance of construction works and pole/Tower supply and installations works Coordinate with vendors Follow-up with (subcontractors) for completion of any objections raised consultants, regarding the Final Supervision Report of civil works and tower
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or relevant field.
∎ An MBA will be an added advantage
∎ 2-3 years of experience including 2 years in a telecommunication field
∎ Required Capabilities- Sound knowledge of GSM Technology & GSM Rollout Works
∎ - Thorough understanding of Project Management principles
∎ Strong knowledge of Construction management
∎ Sound knowledge of Budget; cost efficiency/Transformation activities
∎ Strong knowledge of Site Sharing activities with other Operators
∎ Should have knowledge in R, Python, PL/SQL, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
