Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/or Computer Engineering is required combined with at least CompTIA A+ / N+ / S+ and Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE) on 2012 / 2016 and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications is required. (You must attach a copy of your bachelor's degree certificate along with your application form.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Seven years of progressively responsible experience in information technology with emphasis on analytical judgment and abilities regarding operation, management, and utilization of computer systems and customer support of which at least one year with the USG is required. Additionally, one year of supervisory experience is required.
∎ Level 4 (Fluent) Bangla and English Speaking/ Reading/ Writing is required. This may be tested.
∎ This position requires managerial ability and supervisory skills. Also requires the skill and ability to maintain operational capability and readiness of computer systems. Good technical skills to trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software problems and to maximize the capabilities of the organization's computer resources. Solid interpersonal skills to develop and maintain two-way communications and promote computer and automation services. This position requires a good understanding of the priorities of key managers to ensure that the computer and automation organization is responsive to those needs. Good interpersonal skills are required to resolve priority issues, system limitations, down-time, etc., with key officials.
