Job Description:
Conduct SMV calculation, capacity estimation, and production planning
Analyze workflows to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Develop line balancing, manpower allocation, and workstation layouts.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S techniques
Support cost reduction through process engineering.
Prepare reports performance dashboards, and SOPs
Place: Nishatnagar, Turag, Dhaka, Bangladesh
