Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Preparing daily printing efficiency report
∎ 2. Analysis daily printing & embroidery NPT & record realistic NPT.
∎ 3. Printing & Embroidery operator skill test for recruitment & yearly increment
∎ 4. Dyeing dash board update & meeting arrange
∎ 5. Emphasis on GEMBA to simplify work
∎ 6. Printing & embroidery capacity analysis
∎ 7. Any other work assigned by his senior
∎ 8. make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study like a reputed and 100% export oriented Woven & knit garment factory.
∎ 9. Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, , Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
∎ 10. Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
∎ 11. Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
∎ 12. Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
∎ 13. Checking method when line feeding.
∎ 14. Monitoring Line/Section Efficiency.
∎ 15. Checking and identify the critical areas.
∎ 16. Meeting regarding Low efficiency areas with line Management as needed.
∎ 17. Preparing machine performance matrix and monitoring production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing;
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 24000 (Monthly)
