Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be an expert in the Embroidery field.
∎ Responsible for effective Production Planning and efficient implementation
∎ Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with Merchandising & Planning for Order Execution.
∎ To build relationships with merchandising department & Production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity Planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Manage production Planning staff and scheduling of raw materials to meet production schedules
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Attend pre-production meetings with the embroidery team on every new order;
∎ Liaison with different sections of the factory
∎ To monitor and control all kinds of embroidery production processes
∎ Monitor the embroidery production target every hour of a day
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean
∎ To follow the cost-minimizing
∎ Ensure the quality of the embroidery is good
∎ Any other task is given by the management
Additional Requirements:
