∎ SSC, HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
∎ Recruit, train and supervise security guards and supervisors.
∎ Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
∎ Create reports for management on security status.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Observe the routine work of Security Guards & Security Supervisors.
∎ Prepare duty schedule of all the security personnel.
∎ Arrange and conduct various security related training for the development of Security. Guards and Security Supervisors.
∎ Check, maintain and update all the registers that are maintained in the security area.
∎ Detect and prevent offenses on the factory premises.
∎ Report to the management timely regarding any incidents.
∎ Must have knowledge about Security Issue
∎ Any other duties assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should be retired Warrant Officer/ Senior Warrant Officer from Bangladesh Army/ Navy
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic.
∎ Willing to stay at the factory site.

Salary: Negotiable
