Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Asses risks inherent in the credit proposals and evaluate proposed facility on risk, security, structure and terms to suit the business condition and protect the Bank’s interest.
∎ Process credit proposals highlighting the risk rating and place it appropriately before the competent authority for approval.
∎ Ensure compliance of the existing rules & regulations of the Bank as well as other regulatory authorities’ requirements.
∎ Periodical performance review of the existing customers.
∎ Visit existing/proposed client’s factory/projects in coordination with respective branches to maintain/establish Banker-customer relationship.
∎ Correspond with Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies as and when required.
∎ Prepare monthly credit report for Management Information.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-16 years’ experience in Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Must have customer focused attitude.
∎ Must have strong analytical skills.
∎ Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
