B.Sc. (Hons) M.Sc. in Chemistry from any well-reputed Institute 

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

• Age 36 to 38 years
• Only Male

10–12 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a cement plant or heavy manufacturing industry

Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to supervise and develop QA/QC teams

Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills to ensure consistent quality operations

High attention to detail, with strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and accountability

Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in quality-related issues

Solid understanding of ERP systems and laboratory information systems

Thorough knowledge of quality standards (BSTI, ASTM, EN, BIS) and cement chemistry will be an added advantage

Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi

• Plan, organize, and develop the overall Quality Assurance (QA) program and ensure its effective implementation

• Check and control the quality of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished cement in accordance with national and international standards

• Analyze chemical test reports and physical properties of raw materials and finished products (cement)

• Ensure proper maintenance and timely calibration of all laboratory measuring instruments and equipment

• Assess, arrange, and monitor all required testing materials; maintain all QA documents and records accurately

• Monitor production processes, analyze deviations, and support corrective actions

• Identify and resolve all product-related complaints promptly and effectively

• Obtain all required permits and licenses within the stipulated timeframe

• Maintain BSTI, BIS licenses for all products and ensure periodic renewal; arrange environmental clearance for the factory and coordinate with relevant government departments

• Perform concrete mix design in collaboration with BUET and other relevant institutions

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
