∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Management, Retail Stores/ Shops, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for driving and monitoring category plan vs achievement, selecting and purchasing quantities of goods and merchandise that are sold in retail stores.
∎ Ensure category ROI and proper promotional drive with competitive price and qualities to expand profit and sales.
∎ Drive and continuously review right assortment based on store locality, footfall drive, customers demand, and potential business strategy with ensuring ROI on sales and profitability.
∎ Ensure SMART stock planning through push and pull driven replenishment. Continuous item sales assessment for high moving, sleeping, overstockand next drive for stock out or clearance sales by co-ordination with category managers.
∎ Accumulate all category promotions to make a synchronized plan of target by category on individual outlets and communicate to the concerned person.
∎ Responsible to ensure positive trend on promotion impact with identifying the GAP on non-success promotion and recommendation to improve next promotion design.
∎ Ensure ROI with economical display and merchandising activities with proper evaluation of category layout plan.
∎ Analyze SKU and category hierarchy level evaluation to prepare category ranking and scorecard for category development activities such as sourcing, quality, pricing, margin, vendor performance, etc.
∎ Make sure to balance business strategy between pricing and volume trend.
∎ Assist supervisor to generate various types of reports, analyses, ppt as per business requirements.
