Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the customers are provided with excellent customer service and satisfaction
∎ Assist and coordinate with garments and textile machinery spare parts team
∎ Ensuring & analysis the inventory levels are maintained accurately
∎ Making a list of the parts those need to be purchased
∎ Preparing monthly and annual sales spare parts reports
∎ Identify the right parts for customers
∎ Cooperate with all departments to understand their needs & provide prompt support
∎ Reporting on daily basis to the supervisor
∎ Ensuring the customers are provided with excellent customer service and satisfaction
