Experience:
Assess customer requirements and provide appropriate engineering solutions aligned with technical & operational needs
Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to explain system capabilities, specifications, & application benefits
Build, manage, & maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide guidance & technical assistance to customers on the operation, usage, and basic troubleshooting of equipment & systems
Deliver structured training programs to customers & end users on equipment & software operation, safety practices, and routine maintenance
Perform installation, commissioning, & configuration of engineering equipment and systems at customer sites in accordance with technical standards & project requirements
Provide technical support services through telephone, email, & on-site visits to resolve operational and system-related issues
Conduct preventive & routine maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of equipment
Diagnose technical faults, perform timely repairs, replace defective components, and restore system functionality efficiently
Execute testing and validation procedures following installation, maintenance, or repair to confirm proper system operation
Address customer complaints, service issues, and technical concerns in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution & continuous improvement in service quality
