• Age 22 to 30 years

• Assess customer requirements and provide appropriate engineering solutions aligned with technical & operational needs

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to explain system capabilities, specifications, & application benefits

• Build, manage, & maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Provide guidance & technical assistance to customers on the operation, usage, and basic troubleshooting of equipment & systems

• Deliver structured training programs to customers & end users on equipment & software operation, safety practices, and routine maintenance

• Perform installation, commissioning, & configuration of engineering equipment and systems at customer sites in accordance with technical standards & project requirements

• Provide technical support services through telephone, email, & on-site visits to resolve operational and system-related issues

• Conduct preventive & routine maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of equipment

• Diagnose technical faults, perform timely repairs, replace defective components, and restore system functionality efficiently

• Execute testing and validation procedures following installation, maintenance, or repair to confirm proper system operation

• Address customer complaints, service issues, and technical concerns in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution & continuous improvement in service quality
