Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for all tasks related to Installation/Erection of the garment machinery
Troubleshooting of the machines
Prepare the report for each factory visit
Cooperate with the Sales Team regarding proposal preparation
Cooperate with the Sales Team regarding any customer query/feedback
Develop & maintain good product knowledge
Visit potential customers and maintain a positive relationship with them
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the product or service meets customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
Train customers and end-users on equipment/software operation and maintenance
Provide guidance on best practices to optimize equipment/software use
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
