∎ We are looking for qualified candidates with adequate experience, who can make a difference in the respective field.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking for a dynamic candidate who will be responsible for purchase department.
∎ Making purchase planning within Budget.
∎ Managing daily purchasing activities.
∎ Collect quotation from different vendors.
∎ Negotiating contract terms of agreements and Pricing.
∎ Purchase order create and take approval from higher Authority.
∎ Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
∎ Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
∎ Sourcing potential vendors as per company policy./ Sourcing new and potential suppliers.
∎ Negotiating prices with suppliers / vendors / service providers to get a better business deal.
∎ Preparing Comparative Statement (CS) considering both technical and commercial aspects.
∎ Analyzing previous data and performing Cost Benefit Analysis, to keep organizational interest.
∎ Receiving approval from Senior Management against each CS to issue Purchase Orders (PO) / Work Orders (WO) / contracts / agreements.
∎ Preparing & issuing PO / WO / contracts / agreements, as per approved template of the organization.
∎ Arranging site visits for / of suppliers / vendors / service providers, as per requirements of the work nature (trial and quality control purpose).
∎ Ensuring monthly report and Daily work report, pipe line materials report.
