Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing every facet of the business's store operations, such as inventory control, obtaining, purchasing, storing, and distributing supplies and goods
∎ Creating and putting into practice effective inventory control procedures to guarantee precise stock levels, save waste, and avoid stock outs
∎ Coordinating with the logistics, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to guarantee timely product and material availability in order to fulfill client requests and production schedules
∎ Coordinating and streamlining storage and warehouse layout for optimal accessibility and efficiency
∎ Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and hygienic practices in the handling and storage of food items
∎ Directing and inspiring a group of warehouse workers and storekeepers to attain operational excellence and client satisfaction
∎ Keeping an eye on and evaluating store-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and carrying out activities for continuous improvement
